Familiarize yourself with the blog. Avoid covering the same topics – Use the search box to review the existing content. Unless you have an amazing new angle on a topic we’ve already wrote on, offer something fresh.

Please don’t use affiliate links or Rickroll our readers or send them to a spam site

I may decide to “adjust” your article to read better, correct spelling and grammar but won’t change your point of view of the article

The article you submit must not be published on other sites, including your own. We want all “original” content.

By submitting your article to Kickass Lifestyle you are simply granting us the right to keep it on our site and your agreeing not to submit the article to anyone else’s site

If you are quoting something, use a reference by linking to the source that backs you up.

Don’t forget to send in a short bio about yourself with a picture we can use at the end of your article and the link you would like to promote.

We will contact you to let you know whether your article has been accepted for publication, whether it requires revision, or whether we have opted not to publish it.
Once you have been notified that your article has been accepted, your article will likely be edited in some way. We do this for brevity, focus, flow, and coherence. Your title may also be changed to reflect a more compelling description of the content, and to target relevant search engine keywords.
Once your article is published, wait a couple days then promote it
