If your one of the people that have put on some fat or a lot of extra fat in recent years don’t be down, start kicking your own ass!

Since you’ve already put in the hard work of getting fat you already know exactly how it happened, right…?

  • Eating shitty foods
  • Not exercising, not exercising consistently or not knowing how to exercise to get results
  • Too much stress in your life which may lead to eating more
  • Not getting adequate sleep
  • Your emotions get the best of you which makes you want to eat more
  • Maybe you have a hormone problem
  • Maybe in your family your looked down on if your not really big and are encouraged to eat

Think about the above reasons on why your fat. Its probably a combination of things…

Having good health is one of the easiest things you can do in life. All you have to do is do it. It’s like putting on your shoes everyday. You have to make it a priority. If you don’t focus on it you obviously won’t create good health.

Heres why being overweight and fat is a blessing depending on how you look at it…

Picture This…

Your 400 lbs, you feel like shit, your depressed, you hate the way people look at you, you hate the way you look, and you want to change, right… Well guess what, you just identified what you don’t want and won’t stand for. This is exactly how SUCCESS works.

You need to use that intense pain in how you feel about yourself and turn it into Action. If you don’t use the pain to make progress you’ll just feel like a loser, right… So the best thing you can do is take consistent action. Form a plan and start now. If something isn’t working, change it.

Imagine if you actually felt positive about yourself, you were happy, you liked the way you look and are confident. And have now become the healthy person you want to be.

If you can go from being 200 lbs. overweight or 100 lbs. overweight and doing what you need to do, you can take the same principles on how you lost that weight and apply it to become successful in any other part of your life you need to fulfill.

For Instance…

People would flock to you for information on how you lost all your weight. You could charge extremely high consulting fees. Your life would be set. Your now healthy and people admire you.

You could go into many areas that help people with their life.

Help with their emotions and the psychology of eating too much, fitness, nutrition, lifestyle expert, etc…

In case your not aware of this, this is exactly what happens with the people on The Biggest Loser Show.

They start out on the show really bad and start to feel better about themselves just by exercising and eating good as time goes on. As time goes on are the key words. You have to tackle this problem or “short term speed bump” consistently over time.

Have you ever heard of the quote “Be the change you wish to see in the world”…?

Well, start being it. All it takes is a shift in your mind!
